Terms for Deliveries and Returns

THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERIES AND RETURNS RELATING TO ORDERS PLACED AND PURCHASES MADE FROM THE WORKWEAR 4U WEBSITE STORE
Cost of deliveries
WorkWear 4U offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia-wide for Orders and Purchases with a total value equal to or in excess of $200.00. Orders of a lesser value will attract a delivery fee of $12.50.
Special deliveries, such as overnight deliveries, will attract the charge raised by the Delivery Agent.
WorkWear 4U reserves the right to amend the delivery fees at any time. Orders that have been placed and Purchases that have been concluded will not attract additional fees.
Methods of delivery
Australia Post is the primary Delivery Agent for WorkWear 4U, although alternative Delivery Agents may be appointed at the sole discretion of WorkWear 4U, or as a result of requests for special deliveries.
The volume of orders may necessitate the delivery of Goods in multiple packages.
Delivery times
The standard delivery time for products to the Customer is 3 – 10 days, subject to:

  • The Goods being in stock with WorkWear 4U at the time of the Order being placed or the Purchase made;
  • The availability of ordered or purchased Goods from suppliers;
  • Services being required to some of the Goods, such as embroidery, screen printing, heat pressing and sewing, in which case the commencement of the standard delivery time will come into effect upon completion of these Services;
  • The completion period for Services is usually 5 – 10 Business Days, although workload at the time and/or unforseen complications may extend this period. WorkWear 4U endeavours to inform the Customer of anticipated delays in delivery.

The delivery of Orders and Purchases made as a registered WorkWear 4U Member may be tracked via a link through the Member’s account.
Returns procedures and conditions
These Terms for Deliveries and Returns apply to Goods and Services ordered and purchased from the WorkWear 4U Website “ww4u.com.au”.
A return request can be submitted through the WorkWear 4U online returns system or by contacting WorkWear 4U via the contact details provided below. The order confirmation email sent by WorkWear 4U upon the conclusion of an Order or Purchase indicates whether the checkout was concluded as a Member or as a Guest. The return request must be submitted in terms of the Member or Guest status that applied to the Customer with the relevant Order or Purchase.
WorkWear 4U offers three options for the return of faulty or incorrectly delivered Goods delivered to Customers within Australia:

  • Exchange or replacement of Goods for Customers holding an active account with WorkWear 4U.
  • Crediting the account of Customers holding an active account with WorkWear 4U.
  • A full refund to any Customer via the original method of payment implemented by the Customer during the Order placement checkout procedure, e.g. credit card, PayPal, electronic funds transfer.

Clear indications must be provided with return requests as to the preferred return option, in order for WorkWear 4U to initiate the appropriate steps.
Returns for exchange will qualify for the discount that may have applied to the original Order only if such discount is still in effect and if stocks are available.
Up to 10 days after receipt of returned Goods by WorkWear 4U should be allowed for exchanges, credits or refunds to be processed.
Refunds on Goods acquired through a Gift Card will be credited to the original Gift Card.
Refunds on returned Goods that were a gift will be credited to the original card or account used for the purchase of these Goods.
Condition of returned Goods
Returned Goods must be in the same condition as originally received and must include all original packaging, wrapping, tags and labels in undamaged condition.
Faulty Goods and Services
WorkWear 4U takes all reasonable care in ensuring that Goods and Services dispatched to the Customer are of a high quality. However, in the unlikely event of the Customer finding a fault with the Goods or Services, or the Goods have been
damaged in transit, WorkWear 4U will endeavour to resolve the situation at no cost to the Customer.
