We currently run two 6-head embroidery machines at our shop in Wood Street, Mackay and we have literally thousands of customers’ logos and names on file.

We embroider on cotton drill, polyester, cotton / polyester blend shirts, polos, pants, jeans, shorts, jackets, vests, jumpers, socks, caps, hats, towels, bags, seat covers and pretty much anything else that will withstand the needle punching and is not too thick.

We also do applique embroidery, typically on towels. This is where a fabric (usually silk) is embroidered onto another fabric along the outlines of the artwork and possibly along internal lines that define the picture.

Our embroidery services in Australia come in sizes ranging from as small as the customer would like, so long as the lettering is still legible, to approximately 300mm wide and 300mm high.

We keep a wide range of thread colours in stock and very rarely have to order additional colours.

Pricing is based on the number of stitches in a design and the number of garments to be embroidered. The number of stitches determines machine and operator time and the number of garments determines the economy of scales. Refer to our webstore for pricing categories.

Various configurations and sizes of the WorkWear 4U logo have been photographed against a two-dimensional scale for customers to determine the approximate stitch count of their design.

Once the artwork has been digitised into a stitch file and the number of stitches established, pricing will be finalised.

The better the quality of the artwork file the customer provides, the better the quality of the digitising and the clarity of the decoration on the garment. High resolution PDF, JPG or PNG files are best.
